Return Window
We offer a 14-day return period on phones, beginning on the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, your returned phone must arrive back to us no later than the 14th day so that we can inspect it and process your refund.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which you received it
- In its original packaging, with all included accessories
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
- If the return is due to our error — a defective device or the wrong item shipped — PC Kosher Phones covers the cost of return shipping.
- For all other reasons, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to returns that are not the result of an error on our part. Wrong items sent by us and genuine manufacturer defects are exempt from this fee.
- PC Kosher Phones reserves the right to waive these fees at its own discretion.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your returned phone, we will notify you by email letting you know whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment, minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees.
Damaged Devices
Phones returned with damage caused by customer use — including drops, cracked screens, water damage, and similar — are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
